1. Subscription billing
Paid PortalBay plans are billed on a subscription basis through a third-party subscription billing provider. PortalBay does not store full payment card details.
2. Free plan
PortalBay offers a free plan so users can try the product before upgrading to a paid subscription.
3. Refunds
If you believe you were charged by mistake, experienced a billing issue, or are unable to access the paid features you purchased, contact us at support@mail.portalbay.app within 14 days of the charge.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method through our subscription billing provider.
4. Non-refundable situations
Refunds may not be available for:
- charges that are not reported within 14 days,
- accounts that have used the paid service extensively during the billing period,
- violations of our Terms of Service,
- abuse, fraud, or misuse of the service.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated during checkout.
6. Client payments outside PortalBay
PortalBay does not process payments between users and their clients. Any client billing or payment arrangement happens outside PortalBay. This Refund Policy applies only to payments made by customers to PortalBay for PortalBay software subscriptions.
